You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange. Here is exactly how it works.
We build work pants, so we expect you to test them at work. You may return the first pair even if you have worn it, as long as it comes back clean, dry and without damage caused by use beyond normal wear.
That is the point of the 60 days. Kneel in them, load the pockets, put them through a real week. If they do not beat what you were wearing, send them back.
Additional pairs from a multi-pair order must come back unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. We cannot resell three worn pairs, and a policy that pretended otherwise would not last.
Wrong size is our problem to fix, not yours.
Email with your order number and the size you need. We send you a prepaid return label and ship the new pair at no cost. You do not pay shipping in either direction.
Keep wearing the first pair until the new one arrives if you want to — just send the one you are not keeping.
If you simply want to return rather than exchange, you have the same 60 days. Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is paid by you. We refund the price of the goods.
Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct there.
If a pair arrives with a manufacturing fault — a failed seam, a broken zip, a missing rivet — or if we sent the wrong item:
Do not send it back. Email with your order number and a photograph. We replace it or refund it in full, at your choice, and you keep the faulty pair. We pay for everything.
This applies for the full 60 days.
Returns sent without contacting us first can take considerably longer to identify and process.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we process it, your bank or card issuer typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show the money. That part is out of our hands.
We will email you when the refund is sent.
If you return part of a Buy 2 Get 1 Free order, the discount is recalculated on what you keep.
Example. You bought three pairs for $129.90 and return one. The two you keep are charged at the single-pair price of $59.95 each, or $119.90. Your refund is $10.00.
Returning two of the three leaves one pair at $59.95, and your refund is $70.00.
